Turkey & Chip n Dip platter

We've heard that Fortune Off store in White Plains is closing soon. So me and my two Filipina friends went there to see what are the items for sale. Alas, we know that the items that they sell in there are very expensive because as what i have learned from my hubby and this 2 friends of mine it is a store for the well-off or rich people in the Westchester area. And knowing too that mostly of the prices of commodities in this area is high so with the cost of living. Hmmmnn, to sum it up everything in here is expensive even the houses. Anyway, even if most the items at Fortune off is just 20% off and the fact that it would be closing soon, we are expecting for 50% to 75% off he he he (barat talaga 'no) i still manage to get this turkey platter for $8. This is a China made ware with rose design and gold trim. Part of the Old Country Roses Collection, Royal England that is beautifully hand crafted with gold edges. Imagine that i had a good deal and i said what a best buy he he he. I only get this one because the Chip and dip platter below is not available anymore.

My friend buy the plate above and this kind of Chip and dip platter for $ 15 too. And the other friend just get the second one as the stock not available too. Sad to say that the items is limited only for the reason that they are closing. Anyway (di kami umuwing luhaan, ika nga)as we were able to buy good items at the ever lowest price.

Shoes and more shoes

This is one of my weakness. To collect and have more shoes that I can wear whenever there is an occassion.More women are just happy shopping and collecting shoes as a hobby. Way back home i also have lots of shoes. Working in a office there, i don't go out that much its just work and job. My officemates sometimes show us catalog of shoes or sometimes we go to mall which is near us. After office hours we go directly to the SM City Mall, Trinoma that is near to the office. When i came here i just have three pairs of shoes one sneakers (Fila) one open shoes the black (forgot the brand) and this olive green. Others i buy it here and added to my collection. When I watched TV, I always go to the news, game programs, movies, etc. In short I go to one channel to another. If only the remote could talk it would shout at me stop clicking me I had a headache of your venturing one channel to the other, lol. After I watched my favorite shows, I do not forget to visit QVC channel. QVC is a TV shopping network. HHmmnn shopping again? Hey what’s wrong with it? Mostly ladies favorite lol. Well this channel features the latest items that you can shop at your convenience. I say convenience it’s because you don’t need to dress yourself especially now that its winter. You don’t need to go out and travel. All you need is click the channel of you remote for your home shopping and list the item number then go to the internet and browse it. One item that attracts me is the cute dolls. I find it fancy and I feel I want to go back to my childhood days so I could play these toys. Useful Christmas Gift

I was watching the television when I happen to put the channel at HSN. I saw a new printer, scanner, fax and photo copier in one.And mind you its wireless too. I told my husband that it is very much useful to us. There was an instance that we need an important document to be photocopied or to fax, because we don’t have a copier and fax machine we will wait until my husband go to his office and do those things there. Last November 4 we had a problem with an urgent document which we badly need for my AOS interview the next morning, my hubby photocopied the document at his office and he forgot the copy of the thing he Xerox. Looking for winter clothes

I am very much happy i was able to recover this site. After how many days of testing the username and password i was able to open it. Anyways, i can now continue writing my blog.Take a look for my shopping spree. I am looking for coats and boots and i find this one good for winter

Wow….. Shopping , this is my favorite! Speaking of shopping last Sunday I and my hubby went to Kohls Department store located in Porchester, a place part of New York.. I’ve never been there since I came to US and as part of his weekends treat for me we visited the place to see what I could buy in there for myself.I was fascinated by the items they sell and alas I come to love this cute hat and scarf.

HHHmmm,,, this is just a secret I modeled it to show my hubby so he would approved if I ask him to buy me one. And true enough he approved it he he he. . Not a good pose though, my husband seems in a hurry....

at a Filipino stall, the owner was a Filipina from Zambales. I forgot her name as it is just a quick introduction. At least i was able to practice my tagalog language he he he. When we feel hungry we stop by this place which was located in Mamaroneck, NY, place is good and look at me i am so thirsty that my eyes are big when my hubby take this shot, My God...after drinking i was relieved that i pose like this feeling cute(kuno). When i get hold of the camera i snap a shot of my husband there he was.... this is my way of thanking him for being a good host for me he he he.....What a good weekend for me...
